I created this 45 minute asynchronous eLearning course for students interested in learning to pilot a paramotor. Before a paramotor student begins in-field training, it is imperative that they are aware of the safety essentials and safety checks they must have and perform before they can fly. This 30 minute asynchronous eLearning course is designed to provide hiring managers and HR interviewers with consistent interview strategies that will help them find and hire more qualified candidates. The current interviewing process is not providing successful candidates for the company, so a more consistent, company-wide procedure is being implemented.
